Betfred Ladies Poker Tour – Swansea Leg
The popular Betfred Ladies Poker Tour, now entering its third year, has cemented its place on the national poker scene as the UK’s only all female poker tour. The fourth leg of the 2009 season starts 4th July at the luxurious Aspers casino in Swansea which boasts a purpose built, one hundred-seater card room.
Uniquely, Aspers, Swansea has its very own beauty salon and nail bar but I’m sure the female players will be much more interested in the fact that Betfred are adding £1,500 to the prize pool of each regional event with each regional heat winner also collecting a seat in the grand final where Betfred will also be adding £5,000 to the Grand Final prize pool.
The eventual grand final winner will be not only be crowned ‘Betfred Ladies Poker Tour Champion 2009′ but they will also win a £20,000 sponsorship package from Betfred for 2010.
