DUSKTILLDAWN £300 Monthly Poker Event – Who are the favourites?

Dusktilldawn PokerThe excellent monthly DTD poker main event gets underway today at the earlier time of 2pm, but who are the favourites to take down the July prize?

Some of our ukpokerinfo spies have been watching a few notable players recently both in live events and via online-posted results, collating information and generally assessing form, so that we can make reasonable assumptions about todays outcome.

We have collated a list of players that we with are in with a major shot at first place.  Here are some of our favourites:

  • Lawrence Gosney – fancied for an outright win, or at least a final table placing.
  • Greg Hill – a potential final table finish for the midlander
  • Pete Singleton – about time for a win in this one?
  • Parminder Kandola – a most underrated player with some good form and one of the best readers of opponents in the UK at the moment. Potential winner
  • Andy Murphy – a very solid bet to finish in the money if not in the last nine
  • Thomas Mccready – will be solid and dependable as ever – potential top 4 placing?

So, there you have it, our list of potentials for the DTD main event this month.  Me personally, I am going to take a punt on Parminder – from playing him recently over at DTD, his game is good at the moment and he is well in with a shot.

Some of the ones to watch…

This looks pretty darn good! Even though I’m not that big a fan of poker. You should be very proud of yourself. Maybe I should get more involved with poker and then whip your ass when we play Ha Ha!!!
