KGC Admit At Least 22 Million Stolen
Those steely investigators (roles eyes) of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s have finally completed there investigation into the UltimateBet cheating allegations in an eleven page document released yesterday.
Some new details where released in the document, most startling of all is that over 22 million dollars has been refunded to players by Tokwiro the owner of UltimateBet to players affected by acts of cheating.
Overall there where 23 accounts and 117 usernames associated with cheating and 31 people identified as co-conspirators with the main culprit Russell Hamilton. The 31 have not been named but KGC stated that ‘all information has been provided to law enforcement authorities to determine if criminal charges can be filed’ so hopefully some of these scum bags might yet get locked up.
Tokwiro have paid 1.5 million in fines plus the cost of the investigation to the KGC (yeah, don’t get too excited I think they are very ‘close’ partners) and are on one year probation and have also been forced to keep three sets of web/game logs which are housed with the KGC.
