Not exactly poker news, but for a while there has been something or someone missing from Bearwood, that is heavily into his Heavy Metal, and goes by the name of Metal Dave!! Now those new to UKPokerlife or even the new ukpokerinfo will not know who the hell I am talking about. Well let me tell you all what a decent nice bloke Metal Dave is. For some reason he had disappeared off the face off the earth, until now ladies and gentleman. Whilst dealing poker at Bearwood a text came through from Metal Dave himself to watch The Lottery program on BBC 1.
As normal everyone was too engrossed in the poker to remember, but in the main room the television was on, when Metal Dave was spotted!!
Looking good from his break of poker, he only went on to win the competition, and now will be jetting off to Tokyo!
Well I know it’s not poker related but everyone at Bearwood and UKPI, and UKPL wishes him\well and hopes he makes an appearance back on the scene when he gets back.

Metal Dave is a Legend, had a stunner with him last year in Dublin..Prolly one of the soundest people you could wish to meet…(or is that meat) lol
