New Birmingham Casino planned

The largest UK casino, is now planned to be in the heart of England, the casino complex along with hotels, spa’s, restaurants, bars etc will be hosted by Genting Stanley in partnership with the National Exhibition Centre in Solihull. So now in Brum (in a ten mile radius), there will be the 3 biggest UK casinos. The Isle of Capri at the Ricoh Stadium, Genting Stanleys “Star City” and now Genting Stanleys/NEC built at a cost of £90 million Pounds!!

There is also a £260 million development at Clarence Dock in Leeds planned with a £15 million ALEA casino to be sited on the Waterfront.

In spite of a rapid decrease in profits at rivals Gala and Grosvenor, the Genting Stanley Group and London Clubs seem to be thriving.
