Please Mr Channing Make Me a Star! 2010 BBP Grading!
For those that dream of living the live of a full poker time pro then this news should be of great interest to you, The 2010 Black Belt Grading team are now accepting applications for the 2010 process.
There will be a grading selection week running from Mon 18th Jan – Sun 24th Jan to whittle down candidates for the full grading period and anyone can join at any time during the Grading Selection, but need to register by emailing grading@blackbeltpoker.com
The full six week ‘grading proper’ will run from Mon 1st Feb – Sun 14th March and 8 Blue Belt Packages which include an all-expenses paid trip to the Irish Open are guaranteed for the top graders, all blue belt players
Green Belts will be awarded to anyone who successfully completes the Grading but misses out on Blue (i.e. fulfils all playing, contribution and commitment criteria). You will also receive 25,500 Belt Points which is over 4 months’ worth of Green Belt Maintenance, and puts you close to attaining Blue Belts will also become backed players, entering events on a 50/50 plus make-up deal with Black Belt Poker
Green belt status will be awarded to anyone who successfully completes the Grading but misses out on blue and anyone not completing the process will receive the Belt Points equivalent to sustain one month at Purple Belt level for each week the fulfilled all requirements.
I would recommend that anyone seriously considering taking up what is after all a fantastic shot at the big time makes sure they fully understand the level of commitment required to make the grade.
