TwoPlusTwo Sue Dutch Boyd Amongst Others
The Las Vegas Sun in an article published here; are reporting that TwoPlusTwo founder Mason Malmuth has launched a number of law suits against various domain name owners for amongst other things infringement of copy right, one of those served is poker player Russell Aaron “Dutch” Boyd.
Boyd has always been a contentious personality within the poker world following issues around a failed poker room venture and the subsequent non payment of account balances. Boyd though was quick to get his version out in to the public domain,
“It is never fun to be sued, especially by someone you look up to and respect professionally. Mason Malmuth is a genius poker theorist and poker author and his books are largely responsible for much of my own success in poker, including my World Series of Poker bracelet. Personally, however, Mason has shown over and over that he is a bully and willing to outspend his perceived adversaries into submission. Unfortunately, the strategy will work, and he will be successful in wasting both of our time and money as well as the Nevada taxpayers’ money. The only people who will be coming out ahead in this game is Mr. Malmuth’s overpriced attorneys.”
There’s a thread developing over on TwoPlusTwo here; expect much MS Paint magic to follow.
