WSOP – Latimer ahead in the Battle of the Brits

For all those of you who are following the fortunes of the British contenders in the WSOP this week, no less than 51 UK players are battling it out with the worlds elite as we progress into day three.

Top honours at the moment go to young gun Adam Latimerm with an impressive 340,100 chips. Latimer is just 1 of 5 brown belt players left in the competition to emerge from Neil Channing’s Black Belt Poker stable and they can all pack a punch when it comes down to a fight on the felt.

There are just over 2,000 players left to slug it out as day three draws ever nearer and out of the 51 Brits remaining who will win that coveted bracelet?  Who will be the last man standing in the battle of the Brits?

There is only one bracelet, there can be only one winner – will the most coveted prize in poker today be finding its way to the shores of Britain?

Only the next few days will give us an inkling as to who will return to Las Vegas in November to enter the arena to be the best of the best.
